IPCS had a total of 70 staff but with continues ending of projects and the ongoing conflicts, most staff have left and are in exile in Uganda at the moment. However, we still have our core staff as well as those in Uganda. When we need them, they respond immediately.
BRIEF INTRODUCTION
- Founded in 1999 by South Sudanese community leaders, late co-founder and Regional Director of AAH-I Dr. Erasmus and Prof. Kiblighat from Kenya
- Right after the first SPLA/M national convention of 1994 in chukdum in which civil authority was separated from the military authority establishing civil administrative structures at regional, county, payam and boma levels
- IPCS as the only technical training institution in the SPLA/M liberated areas, it was to strengthen the institutional and personnel capacities of the local administration, youth, women and chiefs structures
